C Hotel By Carmen'S, BW Premier Collection - Hamilton

Excellent hotel with 24-hour reception, a restaurant, free Wi-Fi, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Unique accommodation with awesome setting just next door to the mountain in Hamilton as well as restaurants. Breakfast with coffee or juice and juice, as for instance.

Room not made up daily - once it was after 5pm before they came. No shelves for toiletries in shower No guest parking on wedding event evening.

My experience was marred by excessive noise during the night. A party above us turned our room into a nightmare with stomping and loud music until well past midnight. Despite requesting a quieter room, there were no alternatives available, leaving us frustrated and sleepless.

Excellent Staff Sundries Shop was well stocked and offered good value. Complimentary Coffee great idea. Business Centre was good in theory, but lacked a bit in execution. Having said this, there was an "IT guy" working on the computers before I left.

Water Pressure sadly lacking in showers...was literally impossible to use the shower properly. I left a note to this effect one morning, but the lack of change or response indicates to me that this was a design problem, versus a "fixable" problem with my room. My room wasw 203. This is a serious enough problem that if it were not addressed/corrected before a future booking I would not stay at this hotel again. This is a VERY GOOD hotel...with proper water pressure it would be a GREAT hotel.

Ths place is terrific. Nice Decor, large comfortable rooms, great facilities, superb friendly and helpful staff. We were at wedding reception and the food was excellent and the hall was well decorated for the ocassion. Serving staff were well organizedd and sufficient numbers to deal with the larg group. Not that I didn't like if but, rates were a little more than what we are used to.

I was blown away by the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, especially the standout European bread. The staff were amazing-always greeted us with a smile and went the extra mile to ensure comfort. Plus, the pool and fitness area were impressively clean, not to mention the excellent dumbbells on hand.

Breakfast is sadly not included, which stings a bit given the price. And to top it off, the smoke alarm chimed at an ungodly hour, though it was fixed promptly. A little apology would have gone a long way!

I loved sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. By and large, it was best base for sightseeing in Hamilton, had much fun and met friendly professional staff with excellent service. The location was comfortable - a short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a rain shower head. Noise from events kept me up at night.

I was thrilled with my King Suite, spacious and contained everything I needed. The room was impeccably clean, showing they really care about hygiene. Plus, the fitness center was well-equipped, perfect for my workout routine!

Things I wish I knew before I tried it

If only I knew about the complimentary 4:00 AM coffee! From the friendly staff to the amazing food at the restaurant, my stay was a delight. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, contributing to a relaxing experience. Don't miss out on the excellent dinner service!

My stay was fantastic! The whirlpool tub was so relaxing and the food was amazing. the air conditioning had some issues, which was a bit disappointing. I'd definitely come back!

This was just a great match for a couple of nights in Hamilton with value for money. The staff really stood out, especially Anna, who went out of her way to remind me about complimentary snacks and drinks.
